Wow BMW

BMW is the acronym for Bayerische Motoren Werke, which means the Bavarian Engines Factory. It is a German producer of cars, motorcycles and engines, a company registered at the Frankfurt stock market. In 2010, BMW recorded its highest selling year of its history, with 1.22 million units sold, from which 200 000 were Mini cars.

BMW is one of the most important producers of vehicles and engines, with subdivisions such as MINI and Rolls Royce. The German slogan of the company is “Freude am Fahren”, which is translated “The pleasure to drive”. BMW is considered a luxury car, but lately, the manufacturers became interested about other aspects, such as lower gas consumption and the development of electric cars.

The classical BMW cars could sometimes be more expensive than the new ones, being considered vehicles for high-class collectors.
