miley cyrus photo scandal, miley cyrus perez hilton photo, miley cyrus photos, perez hilton miley cyrus photo, miley cyrus scandal ; I think Perez Hilton is at it again, and publish

pictures of Miley Cyrus with her vajayjay hanging. When are they going to put the pigs in prison for posting this child porn?

First the facts: Peres recently published, then remove one at a paparazzi photo of Cyrus leave a car in the white dress was too short. Image seems to portray the 17-year-old) without underwear, although other images taken at the same time that she has not, in fact, and underwear. In both cases, how much time is jail Peres is likely to happen to this child porn possible? Well …

… Most likely, nothing, and the defense lawyer tells me.

“This is a picture of one of the 17-year-old, even if it is technically child porn, is not a case of child porn very large,” criminal defense lawyer Christopher Leibig tell me. “Cases usually involve multiple child pornography images, including being photographed children in the preparation and performance of the private sector by the perpetrators of sexual acts, in order to profit.”

Photo of Cyrus, while invasive, may not meet this standard, particularly the Attorney-General, Leibig explains. Yes, if Peres, also known as Mario Lavandeira, posted a picture for the information of Cyrus exposing her lower parts, which can be technically qualified as a crime punishable by 10-15 years difficult, “says Leibig.

“But just not up to the same evil that the purpose of these laws to ban,” he says Liebig. In fact, he says, most of the members of the public prosecutor may not be interested in pursuing Peres.

For the record, I have not seen the picture of Cyrus in the issue, and to be honest, I’m not all that want to track it.
Miley Cyrus Photo Scandal Isn’t
What It Seems, Perez Hilton Insists

Perez Hilton

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton is in hot water Tuesday (June 15) after posting a photo of Miley Cyrus to his Twitter feed. In the picture, which Hilton warned readers not to view if they were easily offended, Cyrus is shown exiting a car, seemingly sans underwear.

“If you are easily offended, do NOT click here,” he tweeted. “Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!”

The public reaction to Hilton posting the photo — which he later removed — was fierce and quick. Hilton defended himself via a video he posted on his website, claiming the photo didn’t show what everyone thought it did.

“Miley was clearly wearing underwear,” Hilton says in the video. “Do you think Miley is that stupid to be out in public without panties?” Hilton claimed he only posted the photo to make light of the fact that the teen pop queen was getting out of the car in “a very un-ladylike fashion.”

“Sure, I like to be controversial,” he said. “But I don’t want to go to jail.”

Salon.com consulted L.A.-based criminal defense attorney Jeffrey Douglas, who specializes in child-pornography cases. Douglas deemed Hilton’s liability “extraordinary and intense,” calling his decision to publish the photo “suicidal.” “We’re not talking about a misdemeanor,” Douglas told the site. “You don’t have to know what the definition of the law is; all you have to do is knowingly distribute the photograph.”

The Disney star herself seemed to be handling the controversy when she called into Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday morning. Cyrus pointed out that the incident is oddly timed with the release of her upcoming album, Can’t Be Tamed.

“Isn’t it funny that things like that, that are so negative, have to come out right before my record?” she told Seacrest. “It’s like no one can let positive things happen. All I do is focus on the positive, and I hope this record does well.”

Perez Hilton Posts Miley Cyrus' Photo With Her Lady Part Exposed

Perez Hilton has made Miley Cyrus become a center of another uproar. On June 13 on his Twitter page, the controversial blogger posted a picture of Miley having her private part shown as she didn’t wear undies.

“If you are easily offended, do NOT click here,” Perez wrote and linked to the inappropriate image which has been pulled down soon after it went up. On the same post, Perez added, “Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!”

Although the photo has been removed, Ear Sucker obtained the censored-version of it. In the picture, Miley is seen climbing out of an open-topped convertible car with her asset exposed as she doesn’t wear undies.

For posting the image, Perez has received lots of criticism. Many people consider his action can be categorized as child pornography because Miley is still under 18, while others suggest that the image is a product of photo-shop. Over the incident, Miley’s party hasn’t given any comment.
